I’m not normally much of a graffiti buff. I’m not the sort who would write to the daily mail whining about it, but I do think a lot of it is just really half arsed and makes places look scruffy - but I found this under a bridge in between Barrow on Soar and Mountsorrel, and I thought it was great. I was scrabbling about with my camera anyway (I’d gone there to bother the horses nearby) and it turned into the nicest picture of the day, I think.
I’ve processed it quite a lot to get this grainy, weird appearance (just in photomatix) - some fiddling around with the sliders until I liked the look of it. I realise it’s a bit stylized, but hey ho - I likes it, so here you are
Some technical info: iso 100, f/22 (although I should really have done it at f/11 for a sharper image), tripod, 3 shot HDR processed in photomatix pro.
